About the event

This year's Osun Festival will feature the various countries that share the same culture of celebrating Osun: Brazil, Nigeria, Haiti. Manga African Dance will also presente the bata drum through the drum class. The bata drum in the Osogbo region (Nigeria) where Osun is celebrated every year has a very important place and significance.This article here demonstrates it.

Theme colors: wear WHITE, GOLD, or RED. Be festive!

CELEBRATING THE 25TH OSUN FESTIVAL IN ATLANTA

The festival will run for 3 days from Friday, September 9 to Sunday, September 11, 2022.

3 locations will hold these activities:

  • the West End Performing Arts Center (WEPAC)

945 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30310

  • The Emma Darnell Aviation Museum and Conference Center (former Aviation Community  Cultural Center).

  • The Little Five Points Center for the Arts and the Community AKA L5PCAC.
