Return of the Halloween Festival

L5P HALLOWEEN MONSTERFEST & PARADE on Oct 22 and 23, 2022

The Little 5 Points Halloween Festival & Parade has been the #1 Halloween festival in the South and going strong since the 1970's. This 2022 Halloween season, the festival RETURNS for a wicked two day event featuring a monster hunt, ghost tours, local artists, music, food trucks, Drag Queen Karaoke, an Old-School Freak Show and a skate park. Festivities kick off with a Costume Dance Party at the Star Community Bar on Thursday, Oct 20, Monster Hunt on Saturday, Oct 22, and culminate with the famous L5P Halloween Parade on Sunday, Oct 23. Proceeds from the festival support the Little 5 Points Business Association, a non-profit organization committed to supporting L5P small businesses and making improvements in the Little 5 Points Business District.

THE PARADE ROUTE AND DATE HAS CHANGED! At 2pm on Sunday, October 23 the parade will creep down Moreland Ave from the jug-handles (at Austin Ave) to Freedom Pkwy.

THE MONSTER HUNT IS BACK! On Saturday, October 22 scour L5P in pursuit of a gaggle of monsters haunting the neighborhood. Local artists will be set up in locations all through L5P. Each artist will create a MONSTER for you to find. Monster Maps will be available at L5P BIZ Association tent in Findley Plaza, for a donation. The First 300 to complete the hunt get a Limited Edition Monster Magazine featuring the local artists, locations and sponsors

MONSTER BALL: On Thurs, Oct. 20, 7pm Dance party and Costume Contest, celebrating 50 year birthday of the L5P Biz Association. Ticket price $10. LOCATION: The Star Community Bar. More details TBA.
